Refund and Return Policy

Last updated: 27 January 2026

At InDesign Guru, we provide digital products and professional design services. Because our deliverables are digital and/or custom-made, our refund and return policy differs from physical goods.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Digital Products & Services – No Physical Returns

All our products and services are delivered digitally (design files, layouts, templates, interactive PDFs, etc.). Therefore, no physical return is possible once a digital deliverable is provided.

2. Client Approval Before Final Delivery

We follow a transparent workflow to ensure you are satisfied before final delivery:

  • We share a preview, draft, or proof before final delivery.
  • You can review the work and request revisions (as per your package/proposal).
  • Final delivery is completed only after your approval.

Important: Once final files are approved and delivered, the service is considered successfully completed.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of our services:

  • Refunds are not applicable after final approval and delivery.
  • Refunds will not be provided for:
    • Change of mind after approval
    • Failure to provide correct content or instructions
    • Delays caused by missing client feedback or materials
    • Preference changes after completion

If work has already started, the payment is non-refundable.

4. Exceptions (If Applicable)

In rare cases, a partial or full refund may be considered only if:

  • The service has not started
  • There is a proven technical or operational failure from our side
  • A mutual agreement is reached in writing

All such decisions are at the sole discretion of InDesign Guru.

5. Revisions & After-Sale Support

We value long-term relationships and client satisfaction.

  • Revisions are provided as per the agreed package or proposal.
  • After-sale support is available for selected services.
  • After-sale services are subject to Terms & Conditions (T&C apply).
  • Additional changes or updates outside the agreed scope may require extra charges.

6. Responsibility of the Client

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate content, text, and brand materials
  • Reviewing drafts carefully before approval
  • Confirming final approval before delivery

Approval confirms acceptance of the design and content as delivered.

7. Policy Updates

InDesign Guru reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
